Tutorial Thursday - A Treat Box

Hello everyone, Henryka here :)
I will show you today a very easy tutorial step by step for A Treat Box.
You will need:
2 A4 white sheets for a bag and for a box
design paper
scissors
glue
scoring board
approx. 60 cm ribbon
La-La Land Crafts metal dies:

Our first A4 white paper we need to cut to have 5" by 11 5/8 " piece.
Then we score on the longer side at:
7/8, 2 1/8, 5 1/8, 6 5/8, 9 5/8, 10 7/8

We fold our paper on scoring lines to get something like a bag to hold our box.
See picture below:

Our second A4 white paper we cut to get 5 3/8" by 8 7/8".
Then we score the longer side on 2" and 6 7/8".
The shorter side we score on 2" and 3 3/8".

With scisors, we cut out the corners and following the lines.
See picture below:

We put the box together and glue it.

Now we have two parts, a box and a bag to hold it.

From design paper, we need to cut out:
4 x 7,2 by 12,3 cm
4 x 2,8 by 12,3 cm
4 x 1,8 by 12,3 cm
2 x 4,5 by 12,3 cm
2 x 3 by 4,5 cm

With those pieces, we are decorating our elements,
a box on both sides and a bag on both sides.

With Small Scallops Border die, we cut out 8 pieces from white paper.

We decorate a box and a bag with it.

We need to fix now our box to the bag.
See pictures below:

We fix our ribbon to the bottom of our box
and with a piece of design paper 12,3 by 3,5 cm, we hide it.

With Pierced Scalloped Circles and Stiched Nested Circles Dies we are cutting out matching sizes circles to hide our ribbon on the front and have a nice decoration.

We put circles together and fix them with glue to the box.

We are choosing more things to decorate it, some sentiment and cut out elements.
I have chosen a Spring Flourish element.

And our Treat Box is ready!

Inside we can place some favourite sweets :)

Hope you enjoy it!
Happy crafting!
Have a good day!
